\"Penny, would you mind grabbing this oregano for me?\" Michael gestured at the bottle behind him. He stood in front of it, between the bottle and his daughter. If this didn't work, he could play it off as a stupid joke.

Penny looked up from the bell pepper she was chopping, saw that the oregano was well within his reach, and that he was directly in the way. She rolled her eyes and smiled sweetly at the same time. \"Uh sure dad,\" she said and approached him. He didn't move. Very helpful. And that was not like her at all.
