She fell into a dumpster from a 2nd story window.

She stepped on a box to reach up a tall shelf, but didn't realize the box was balanced on ball, mostly leaning against the wall and books on the lowest shelves. She reached out to grab whatever she could and essentially slapped the wall from outside as she was spun back out into open air, momentarily holding with her palms and calves on the window still for a brief, surreal moment when she looked in at where she had just been standing, and now had her arms between her legs and her legs spread open.

A split second later her palms slipped and her calves were upside down, as gravity shunted her down into the filthiest of substances, ass first and shaped like the letter V.

It took her a moment to realize what happened, and she was in immense pain. She felt other sensations that were also awful but didn't seem more important than the thudding pain that pulsed in her meat and bones. She stayed there. The pain was prioritized above whatever gross sensation she might find. For the moment.

Then she realized she was covered in demons. Roaches, so many roaches. And whatever else there was. Maggots. Flies. Things. She screamed worse than when she fell moments ago, trying to stand but then falling like in a pit. She looked up with her head between trash bags full of rot.

She screamed and flailed, face up at first but turning and trying to climb, and her shoes hit into tash bsgs and tore them open, and they burst open freeing far more of the infestations.

She was in Hell. Slipping and falling as she jumped, she tried to grab the rim of the dumpster, yet fell in stepping on bags that broke open. Roaches burst free and danced l over her, running erratically. Every time and everywhere she stepped on something, it collapsed under her weight and she sunk further. She cried and screamed and looked around rapidly, the dying sunlight serving to illuminate the many and massive awful things looking at her. She felt,them crawl in her. They were on her face. She swatted them away, and thus flailed such that she was unwittingly swimming deeper into the pit of substances worse than she'd have expected.

Someone had diarrhea on their walk home the night prior and shat in bags that fell and spilled on her. Rotten food galore had been feasted on by these fiends and dog walkers tossed poop bags in that very dumpster. There was vomit and clutter.

She finally manages to swim out from the horrific mix of solids and liquids, and,her clothes were all torn apart. Her skirt was gone entirely, and her panties had been cut through in 2 places, so it stayed on only one thigh, the ribbons flying like a flag as she ran, bottomless except the socks, shoes and ribbon that was once panties, now a leg band sliding down her leg. She had fallen again and again, landing her anus and lady parts on unsuspecting bugs and discarted shit.
