\nAfter Katy had left I had a couple more drinks and went to bed. Even\nthought it had been quite a tiring evening, I found it difficult to\nsleep. Along with vivid memories of the night’s events I was also\ntormented by a niggling thought. Alan had trusted me and I had\nbetrayed that trust. However I tried to dress it up, I had just\nfucked his wife. The fact that I was not the first to do so made\nlittle difference. Even the fact that I would probably be the last\ndidn’t help much. I reassured myself that there was no way that he\nwould find out. Katy certainly wouldn’t tell him.\nI imagine that the first thing she would have done upon\nreturning home would have been to shower to remove any tell tale\nsigns of what had just happened. No, as far as Alan was concerned\nKaty had just been severely punished, exactly as he had wanted. \nSurely at some level, though, he must have his suspicions. He knows\nthat notwithstanding my little peccadillo, I am a normal hot-blooded\nheterosexual man with all the usual urges and Katy is still a very\nattractive woman. Perhaps he knew what would happen and this was part\nof his intention realising how humiliating it would be for Katy to be\nscrewed under such circumstance. Or was he just bloody naive? What\nsort of man allows his wife to be punished by another man? Such\nthoughts went through my head as I tried to sleep. \n

\nIn the end I realised that all of my justifications were self-serving\nand that I had wronged a friend. The only thing that would bring me\npeace was to provide some sort of recompense. Then in a flash it came\nto me. Alan needed to learn how to discipline his own wife. True it\nwould deprive me of the pleasure I was deriving from punishing her\nbut that would be a sacrifice I would be prepared to make for the\nsake of our friendship. In truth Katy was not the only project I had\non the go and if my experience was anything to go by, I would tire of\nher soon after I had broken her. \nHe was silent for a while. \n

\nAlan’s brow furrowed

\n“So what you are saying is….”

\n“Yes, you will need to beat her on a regular basis. Nothing too\nsevere necessarily but if she is to regain her respect for you, she\nwill need to fear you. At the moment, she is obeying you out of fear\nfor me and to be blunt that is not right. You need to be the one with\nthe whip hand.”

\n“I see” Alan replied. His expression was a strange mixture of\nanxiety and something else which I could not properly describe.

\n“I understand your reluctance. We are both men of our times. Our\ngrandfathers and perhaps even our fathers would not have needed to\nhave this conversation. They would know that they were the masters of\ntheir household and, by God, so would the females in their homes.”

\nI told him of how I had grown up watching my grandfather administer\ndiscipline to various female relatives and\nhad come to see this as normal.

\n“But these days we have had our heads filled up with all sorts of\nfashionable nonsense. Let me ask you a question strictly\nentre nous: do you really, in\nyour heart of hearts, believe that men and women are equals?”

\n“Do you believe that men should lead and women should follow?”

\nWe both laughed and took a swig of our beers

\n“Very well then, I have a suggestion”

\nHe listened intently

\nHe listened with a slightly puzzled look on his face.

\n“Go on”

\n“Well, that is where you come in my friend. I want you to help me\nchastise her. I think having two older men of the right sort of\ncharacter taking her in hand will leave quite an impression on the\nyoung trollop.”
