Introduction

Word of the Roulette event attracted the patronage of some of the crew of one of the visiting steamer boats that transport the tourists along the river. The corrupt little tourist town has two main steamers that service it, a small tramp steamer and a larger, more modern steamer. Luckily for Teresa, the larger steamer was docked in town. It’s lucky because it has a small but well equipped medical bay with a duty doctor and nurse. The doctor was an experienced trauma surgeon from the Great War.

The doctor just happened to also be a pervert, and attended Teresa’s Roulette event, and saved her life. Only barely. A week later she is listed as “stable” but a ways off being able to get back on her feet and a ways further before she will be mobile enough to go home.

Teresa can hear two of the nurses whispering on the other side of the curtain around her bed. They probably think she is still asleep. All the nurses know that she was almost fucked to death by a horse. There’s nothing she can do about it, so no point worrying about it.

Her trip back down the Amazon on the steamer was touch and go. She needed blood transfusions from several crew and passengers that shared her blood type. And the small medical bay almost ran out of needed supplies. But she made it. Here she is. Her injuries sound like someone hit by a truck. The beast ripped her sexual apparatus to shreds, her vulva was torn right through to her rectum, perforated uterus, ruptured spleen, punctured left lung, abrasions to her kidneys and liver and a lot of blood loss. Another week and Teresa demands to be helped out of bed and allowed to get some fresh air, even if it is in a wheelchair for now. Once out of bed the duty nurse hands Teresa a pair of small keys that she has never seen before. The nurse informs her that the case, containing her only belongings that returned with her, can be checked out of the hospital safe room anytime she wants now that she is at least partly mobile.

What came back with her?

The nurse lets Teresa into the safe room and waits for her outside. The large black case with her name on it is on a lower shelf and Teresa pulls it down onto her lap. The two locks spring open with their applicable keys. What is inside makes Teresa looks around quickly and snap the case closed. Once reassured that she is alone, Teresa pops the case open again. It contains her money. All of it, it seems like. Everything she earned from the stage shows and even the Roulette event. Whilst the town is run by the worst lowlifes and criminals, apparently they also a posses a sort of “honor among thieves”. In this case they consider it a point to strictly honor the deals they make.

There is enough. There won’t be a lot left over. But there is enough to pay her hospital bills and buy her farm back from the bank. Huh...as bad and corrupt as they were back on the Amazon, they were probably still the lesser criminals when compared to the fucking banks.

Lock, Stock, the Whole Fucking Lot

Teresa steps off the train and is embraced by Bridget who is there to pick her up at the station and take her home. Teresa is still using a pair of short walking sticks and walking a bit splay legged as she makes her way to Bridget’s waiting Ford. The doctors say that she should be walking normally in another month or so, but definitely no horse fucking for her pussy ever again.

The 45 minute drive to the farm is quiet. Bridget already knows all the details as they have been in regular contact during the hospital stay. Teresa has already been to the bank. Everything is taken care of.

Both women have tears in their eyes as they finally drive up the gravel drive of the farm. Her farm again. Lock Stock, the whole fucking lot as they say.
